Farm to Cafeteria
Farm to Cafeteria in Ann Arbor Public Schools
The Farm to School Collaborative embraces local and regionally grown produce as a healthy choice for students and a way to educate students on agriculture in Michigan and the availability of fresh foods in their area. Using local food in our school food service also supports local and regional farms in their efforts to be sustaining contributors to our local economy.
